First post-pandemic recruitment event hosted at Three Sixty HQ

Last Wednesday, Three Sixty held an open evening for potential operatives which became a successful recruitment event after hiring nine local people in one evening, who will now go on to fill operative positions!

As a busy construction and property management company, we are pushing ahead with long-term expansion plans and have been looking for specialists who will be involved in the growing process.

Three Sixty chose to run an open evening as the team believe that meeting candidates in person lets the organisation see the candidate’s personality and understand if they can contribute to the team. In-person recruitment events are an incredible way to build relationships and introduce employees to the brand.

During the event, all the open positions were filled by seven local, experienced operatives. Two candidates did not have enough qualifications for the trades they wanted to work in but instead, they were offered labourers positions. Three Sixty believe in supporting local people and will provide all the required training.

We believe that improving the lives of communities is not only giving profits back but it’s also sharing knowledge and training people.
