Why are accreditations important to us?

We are committed to the development of Three Sixty and have invested in the organisation to achieve recognised industry and professional accreditations. We will continue to do this throughout 2021 as we believe that the construction industry has a huge impact on all our lives, with most construction work taking place in sensitive locations and that is why it's so important to exceed best practices.

Our accreditations

Living Wage Provider

We are a Living Wage Provider

Recognised Service providers such as Three Sixty have committed to pay all their own head office staff the Living Wage as per the Living Wage Employer agreement.

We are also committed to always offer a Living Wage bid alongside every market rate submittal to all prospective and current clients. This means the client always has the choice to implement the Living Wage at the point of tender and there is a pathway towards the Living Wage for the provider in place.

The Considerate Constructors Scheme is a not-for-profit, independent organisation founded to raise standards in the construction industry.

Construction sites, companies and suppliers voluntarily register with the Scheme and agree to abide by the Code of Considerate Practice, designed to encourage best practice beyond statutory requirements.

The Scheme is concerned about any area of construction activity that may have a direct or indirect impact on the image of the industry as a whole. The main areas of concern fall into three categories: the general public, the workforce and the environment.
