Three Sixty has a track record of delivering repairs in a timely and considerate manner and with an impressive customer satisfaction rating of over 99 per cent, facts that have led to their being shortlisted for the Best Repairs and Maintenance Team at the Northern Housing Awards 2023.
Stockport Homes Group, the Council’s arms-length management organisation, has been shortlisted for a total of five awards. Stockport Homes is in the running for a hat trick of accolades: Landlord of the Year, Best Resident Involvement and Best Approach to Building Safety. The Group’s charitable arm SKylight also made the shortlist in the Resident Advice and Support Programme.
All winners will be announced on 2nd May at the Northern Housing Awards celebration evening in Manchester.
