Offerton is a suburb of Stockport in Greater Manchester. Historically part of Cheshire, Offerton includes Bosden Farm, Foggbrook and the Offerton Estate - home to many social and private homes which Three Sixty Construction are working on the improvements for.

All of the properties in the Offerton Estate Improvement programme have had surveys undertaken to find out the condition of their existing: kitchen, bathrooms, heating systems, doors, roofs, lifts, external cladding and windows.

The scope of Three Sixty's work was to update the above aspects of every home as necessary, to create a positive energy-efficient estate which the community are proud to live in.

While many works have been completed, this project is still ongoing.

The Result

While works are ongoing, Three Sixty Construction have transformed a number of the homes in Offerton by fitting new roofs with Marley modern smooth brown roof tiles and coloured cladding which which has modernised the appearances of the homes while ensuring they are secure and insulated.

Many residents responded with delight when their kitchen and bathrooms were fitted by Three Sixty, improving their interior has helped to improve the quality of life for many people.

Residents Mr & Mrs Ellison said, “Excellent work carried out and [Three Sixty] were very pleasant and a good laugh. They worked really hard and made sure we knew every movement. Very polite and friendly."
