Matt is a retired Social Housing director with overs 20 years senior management experience and over 35 years in the sector. Whilst being an asset management specialist he has also extensive experience in new development, regeneration and energy retrofit.
Matt has also been a Non-Executive director with a Northwest Housing Association for 9 years and has chaired and attended several carbon reduction groups.
