Becoming an approved supplier or sub-contractor

Are you a supplier or sub-contractor who is interested in becoming part of our approved database?

Our organisation operates a rigorous vetting process to assess the suitability of contractors. A copy of the questionnaire can be downloaded below. Please review the document and then complete all the areas indicated before sending back. Once received this will be reviewed and you will either be added to our database for future opportunities or advised otherwise.

Mandatory Constructionline requirements for suppliers
From February 2018, Stockport Homes Group request that your business be verified by Constructionline at the minimum of Silver (level 2) membership to be able to continue to work with us.
Stockport Homes Group will be unable to issue work orders and authorise payments unless this process is fully complied with. If you are a current provider, not currently registered with Constructionline, and are in the process of applying for Constructionline membership, then you may need to contact us to ensure that any outstanding valuations will be authorised.

  • What you need to do

    Existing members
    If you are a member of Constructionline with a Constructionline Silver (level 2) membership and you have been verified no action needs to be taken.
    If you have an Associate (level 1) membership, re request that you upgrade your account.
    If you have a higher membership level than mandated in this letter (Gold/level 3 or Platinum/level 4), please be assured you will already meet the requirements to be on our supply chain.

    Non-registered members
    If you are not yet a Constructionline member, we request that you join as a Silver (level 2) member. You can do this by visiting www.constructionline.co.uk/join-today.
    Please note: Being a Silver (level 2) member of Construction line will enable you to continue to work with us and open up the opportunity for you to work with other Construction line registered buyers too. Some buyers may require you to be registered to a higher level of Construction line membership (Gold/level 3 or Platinum/level 4) to work with them.

  • What is Construction line Silver level 2 membership

    Constructionline is the UK’s most connected and progressive procurement and supply chain management service.     Constructionline Silver (level 2) membership is the new name given to the existing Constructionline membership. It is the second of four membership levels offered by Constructionline and is based on PAS91, the UK government’s standard procurement process for the construction industry. Silver (level 2) membership covers: Company information; Financial & Insurance information; Business & Professional standing; and Health & Safety. Silver (level 2) membership provides us with access to accurate, independently verified, up to date information about your company.
