High-quality lettings service

We can successfully let any property using a variety of advertising methods including Rightmove, ensuring properties are let as efficiently as possible. We will also:

  • Carry out rigorous pre-tenancy and credit checks
  • Ensure successful tenancies and minimal future turnover
  • Re-let properties in an average of 11 days 

Financial and income management

We take the hassle out of financial planning by looking after your accountancy and the setting of service charges, including:

  • Collection of charges and arrears recovery
  • Administration of reserve funds and rental deposits 
  • Proactively carrying out credit and affordability checks
  • Ensuring properties let are sustainable, maximising your rental income 


Repairs and maintenance

Delivered by our award winning team 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, providing you with: 

  • Peace of mind with a dedicated ‘out of hours’ contact centre to report emergency repairs
  • A reactive team of traders to carry out the work
  • Prioritised completed repairs during the first visit

We deliver bespoke service packages for planned maintenance, ensuring legislative, statutory, and good practice requirements are met, including:

  • boiler safety checks and gas servicing with an access rate of 100%
