
Phil is a highly experienced housing professional with over 35 years’ experience, and 14 years’ experience of working at Director level within a number of organisations specialising in property and assets management.
Phil is currently employed by the Riverside Group and is responsible for Strategic Asset management and Delivery in respect of the organisation’s portfolio of over 55,000 properties. Over the last nine years Phil has also held non-executive positions including currently being a member of Torus Group Board and Chairing Fusion 21 Advisory Board. As part of Phil’s responsibilities as a non-executive he has six years’ experience as Chairman of an Audit and Risk Committee.

Jenny brings experience of organisational leadership, social housing and commercial development to the Three Sixty Board.
Jenny is Chief Executive of Tpas, the tenant engagement organisation for England and is a passionate advocate of tenant involvement through partnerships with their landlord. Jenny is also Chair of the Board at Three Sixty's sister company, Stockport Homes.

Jo brings a strong sense of Stockport community to the Three Sixty Board, Jo worked at Stockport Council for 18 years and has been a Stockport Homes tenant for six years.
Jo makes a positive contribution to Stockport by being actively involved in her local community, supporting and organising events for local residents, while offering wide reaching business support to the Three Sixty Board.

John is an experienced Construction Director with proven project and operational management experience in delivering construction, new build, refurbishment, planned projects, and maintenance activities in both the public and private sectors.
John is currently the Construction Director of HMS Ltd which is the commercial contracting subsidiary of the Torus Group and is responsible for the overall management and delivery of all Construction, refurbishment, and major works activities.

Maria is a senior HR professional with experience across a range of sectors including manufacturing and transportation, latterly working for Arriva for the last decade within their train businesses.
As well as her experience within HR and as an exec board , Maria also brings her expertise as a non exec for Forward Education Trust, based in the West Midlands providing education for children and young adults with additional needs.
Maria is a member of the People & Governance Committee.
