Our update to all, Tuesday 24th March:
Following the recent Government announcement, today we made the decision to temporarily halt many on site works, continuing only with certain projects where health and safety permits.
Ensuring the safety of staff and everyone delivering or receiving services is a priority and we will be monitoring the situation very closely, every day.
Three Sixty staff may be visible, specifically around the Stockport area as they ensure our sites are secure and work on specific projects. Currently, they will be visiting sites in pairs and keeping a distance of 2M. For regular updates on our approach during this time, visit: https://lnkd.in/gFAwdA5
Our update to contractors and customers, Wednesday 18th March:
Providing a quality customer service is a priority for Three Sixty. We are taking our lead and advice from Public Health England to respond to the emerging Coronavirus situation in the UK. Ensuring the safety of everyone delivering or receiving services is a priority.
You should be aware that we are managing a database of customers who may be self-isolating, or infected.
If you are arranging an emergency visit to a customer we would advise you contact us to check their status, along with asking directly if a customer has any symptoms of the virus or has been in contact with anybody who has.
We have a form on our website, below this text, for customers to advise us of their status, which will help to ensure our information is useful and valid.
